7.1 Confidentiality - policy According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Official Statistics”, the provision of preliminary data is prohibited.
7.2 Confidentiality - data treatment According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Official Statistics", preliminary data are considered confidential and can be used only for scientific purposes by producing summary official statistical materials or, in exceptional cases, ensuring the anonymity of the statistical unit (eliminating the means of recognition).
