3.1 Data description This indicator characterizes the amount of CO2 emissions thrown into the value added unit. Indicator is calculated as the ratio of CO2 emissions to the value added in the country.

3.4 Statistical concepts and definitions Heat-generating gases are the following gases that prevent the return of the heat from the sun: CO2, methane (CH4), oxidised nitrogen (Nitrogen oxide-N2O), hydrophosphorus carbonate (HFCs), perftorkarbon (PFCs) sulfur hexafluor (SF6), nitrogen triftor (NF3). The main function of the heat-generating gases is to prevent the spread of infrared rays in the atmosphere that is reflected by the Earth and its relative cooling, in other words, the return of the heat from the Sun to the Earth.
