3 1 Statistical presentation
3.1 Data description Higher education institutions include academia, universities, and institutions. At the higher education level, it carries out preparation of highly qualified specialists and scientific and pedagogical personnel, taking into account the needs of the society and the labor market, and this preparation is "Bachelor's degree", "Master's degree" (except for medical education) and "Doctorate". Secondary specialized education institutions (colleges) prepares professionals with secondary education. These include industry, construction, transport, agriculture, economic, pedagogical, music, cultural and educational colleges and technical schools, medical and choreographic schools. Training of specialists in secondary vocational education institutions is carried out on condition that they are dismissed or not. The first vocational education institutions (vocational schools and vocational high schools) are the first vocational training institutions aimed at the revival of rare and traditional craftsmanship of different professions. Youngsters who have completed compulsory education in art vocational training institutions, who want to improve their vocational training in different industries, who want to change their profession, are accepted. Private schools and boarding schools for children with disabilities Special schools and boarding schools for children with mental retardation, Special boarding schools for visually impaired children, Special boarding schools for deaf children, Special boarding schools for children with weak hearing and post deafness, Special boarding schools for children with cerebral palsy and Poliomyelitis, special boarding schools for speech-deficient children, special schools for children with mental disabilities, and home-based schools for children with disabilities.

3.4 Statistical concepts and definitions Higher education institutions are entities that have the status of a legal entity and implement vocational training programs in higher education. For higher education, the following types of educational institutions education provides: academies, universities, institutes, conservatories, colleges. These institutions may include branches, faculties, chairs, training departments, research laboratories, magistrates, doctoral studies, vocational educational departments, experimental farms, educational theaters and other structural units. Secondary education institutions (secondary vocational education institutions) are education institutions that implement specialized training programs for vocational education. Colleges belong to secondary education institutions. Secondary education institutions branch offices can be educational and consultation points (institutions), divisions, training courses, training cabinets and laboratories, educational and training-production workshops and farms, training polygons, improvement of professional skills of specialists and workers and retraining and other structural units. Information on the first vocational education institutions is collected through the official statistical report №1-the first vocational education. The source is vocational schools and vocational high schools. Information on special schools and boarding schools for children with disabilities is collected through the official statistical report № 1 "On special schools and boarding schools for children with disabilities". The source is special schools and boarding schools for children with disabilities.
