7.1 Confidentiality - policy In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Official Statistics", preliminary information is prohibited.
7.2 Confidentiality - data treatment In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On official statistics", the initial data are considered confidential and may only be used for scientific purposes in the formulation of official statistical materials or anonymity of the statistical unit in exceptional circumstances (by means of the annulment of means allowing recognition).

11.1 Quality assurance The implementation of the quality management system is intended to launch. 11.2 Quality assessment In such cases, individual approach to each statistical product is used and selection is made on the urgency, accuracy, timeliness, compatibility and comparability components essential for product quality
12 1 Relevance The extent to which existing information respond to consumer demands of the statistical data. The degree of satisfaction of produced and consumed statistical concepts (definitions, classifications, etc.).
12.1 User needs Any request for non-satisfaction of the user's needs is evaluated operatively and if the access to information is actual, then the same information is collected from the following years by adding to the official statistical report.
12.2 User satisfaction In order to meet the needs of the users, the proposals made by them are taken into account as much as possible

13 1 Accuracy and reliability Accuracy: Approximation of accuracy or actuality of calculations or estimates. Reliability: Proximity of the initial indication to the estimated value.
13.1 Overall accuracy In case of errors discovered in the initial information, corrections are made and mandatory instructions is given to the relevant statistical unit
13.2 Sampling error In case of doubts of the accuracy of the data, computing controls allow for the definition of error (mistake)
13.3 Non-sampling error The non-selective error is conducted in accordance with the "Rules on classification and elimination of errors in reporting data", approved by the Order of the State Statistical Committee of 4 January 2013, number 4/t.
14 1 Timeliness and punctuality It is a period between the process that shows the efficiency of statistical products, namely the occurrence of the event and its learning. The main objective is to disseminate information in a defined periodicity and timeliness.
14.1 Timeliness The calculation and dissemination of the indicator are conducted in accordance with the "Statistical Work Program". There are no delays in the broadcast schedule and program

17.1 Data revision - policy Data clarification policy is conducted according to the "Statement of review of statistical data on key statistical indicators", approved by the decree of the State Statistical Committee dated 10.05.2016, numbered 60/t, which is publicly available and posted on the website of the Committee in the Statistical Publications section.
17.2 Data revision - practice Report information is immediately checked, corrections are made when errors are detected and mandatory instructions are given to the statistical unit.

18.6 Adjustment If there are some discrepancies during the review of the online database, the local statistical body is instructed to make appropriate adjustments before the end of the reporting period
